How do I know what size to order?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear and compare it against the sizing guide. If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us before ordering rather than after.
Is every piece one of a kind?
Availability is stated on each piece. Where something is made to order, the product page says so, and the wait is part of the description rather than a surprise after checkout.
Are your stones natural or lab grown?
Whichever it is, the product page states it plainly. We do not treat one as a secret and the other as a selling point.
Can a piece be resized or repaired?
It depends on the piece. Some designs resize easily and some cannot be altered without changing what they are. Ask about the specific piece and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is no.
Is my payment secure?
Payment is handled by Stripe on their own hosted checkout. Card details are entered on their page and never reach our servers or our database.
Do you keep my card details?
No. We never see them. What we store is your order and the address it needs to reach.
How do I reach a person?
Use the contact page. Messages go to the studio rather than to a queue, and you will get a reply from someone who can actually answer.
